Blogger is a website which offers people an outlet through which to share your thoughts with the world. You can also develop 'communities' by 'following' other peoples blogs. You can also leave comments on other peoples blogs and subscribe to your favourite blogs which means you get notified any time a new post is added. Blogger.com is probably the largest of many 'blog' websites. An exapmle of these 'blog'ish sites is www.Squarespace.com
